Launch the <strong>Mobile Health Revolution digital tool<\/strong> pilot on October 2023 <strong>.<\/strong> The pilot project is led by a member of the<strong> SmartHealth Vanguard<\/strong> section of the<strong> initiative<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gospodar-zdravja.si\/\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Health Master.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4130 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sis-egiz.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/SIS-EGIZ-NOVICE-COVER-Naslovnica-za-Facebook-Fotografija-za-ozadje-LinkedIn-Objava-za-Facebook-Pokrajina-300x251.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The event took place in the framework of <a href=\"https:\/\/sis-egiz.eu\/2023\/07\/28\/evropski-teden-regij-in-mest-2023-09-12-oktober-bruselj-sodeluje-tudi-sis-egiz-in-srip-zdravje-medicina\/\"><br \/>\n  <strong>21st European Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC)<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a>. We presented the work of SIS EGIZ and SRIP Health-Medicine, with a focus on the pilot project and the project <a href=\"https:\/\/sis-egiz.eu\/healthchain\/\"><strong>HealthChain,<\/strong> <\/a>where Slovenian partners are working together to reduce the length of hospitalisation after surgery. The project involves partners from Spain, Croatia, the Netherlands and Portugal.
